Dynatronics Corporation manufactures and distributes a range of medical equipment, including therapy devices, medical supplies and soft goods, treatment tables and rehabilitation equipment. The Company manufacture and distribute a line of aesthetic equipment, including aesthetic massage and microdermabrasion devices, as well as skin care products. The products are used by physical therapists, chiropractors, sports medicine practitioners, podiatrists, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, aestheticians and other aesthetic services providers. The Company sold approximately 17% of the physical medicine products and 15% of the aesthetic products in the product line. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2007 (fiscal 2007), the Company introduced the Dynatron T4 used in conjunction with the DX2 Decompression device. In July 2007, the Company introduced the T3 treatment table to the market. Subsequently, the Company introduced the Dynatron X5 Oscillation Therapy device.
