Since its founding in 1989, IDI has grown from assets of $89 million to more than $925 million in assets, plus ownership in long-term investments valued at more than $1.2 billion.

IDI has developed 114 million total square feet of institutional-quality industrial properties, ranging in size from 80,000 square feet to more than 1 million square feet, valued at $5.3 billion. These properties include inventory buildings in master-planned business parks available for immediate-lease occupancy, as well as build-to-suit facilities for long-term leasing or ownership.
