Description

The Texas Palomino Exhibitors Association was the first affiliate organized under the Palomino Horse Breeders Of America. The PHBA office was first located in Mineral Wells, Texas. The charter was inactive for a few years but was reinstated in 1963. TPEA works hard to continuously put on quality Palomino shows with an emphasis on promoting the Palomino horse to youth and amateurs. TPEA is one of the PHBA'S largest affiliates.

Our officers and state directors are constantly working to improve the quality of the shows. There are two other affiliates in Texas - Alamo & HAPE.
