LiveDeal, Inc., formerly YP Corp., is an Internet Yellow Pages publisher in the United States. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Telco Billing, Inc. (Telco), the Company publishes its Yellow Pages online at, or through, www.Yellow-Page.Net, www.YP.Net, www.YP.Com and www.livedeal.com. It publishes basic directory listings on the Internet free of charge. The Company's basic listings contain the business name, address and telephone number for almost 17 million United States businesses. The Company's primary product is its Internet Advertising Package (IAP). Under this package, the advertiser pays for additional exposure by purchasing a Mini-WebPage. The Company also offers classified advertisements, banner advertisements, other online services and fulfillment services. On June 6, 2007, the Company acquired LiveDeal, Inc. On July 10, 2007, LiveDeal, Inc. acquired OnCall Subscriber Management Inc. In November 2007, it integrated its two online properties, LiveDeal.com and YP.com.
