The Company provides round-the-clock technical support for all of its solutions, which encompasses all voice and data manufacturers, as well as 118,000 network infrastructure products (Hotline products) that it sells through its catalog and Internet Website, and its Voice Services and Data Services offices. On April 3, 2008, the Company acquired UCI Communications LLC. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2008, it acquired B & C Telephone, Inc. and BellSouth Communication Systems, LLC.
