Established in 1964, Foundations Behavioral Health provides behavioral health treatment for emotional problems in a homelike environment on 12 acres in Bucks County, PA. Through its continuum of care, Foundations delivers quality, innovative care to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families 24 hours per day, every day of the year.
