Description

The Hawaii Association of REALTORS® (HAR) is the largest professional trade organization in the State of Hawaii. HAR is recognized in the local community as an organization that is dedicated to the protection and preservation of the free enterprise system and the right of the individual to own real property.

Founded in 1968, HAR has 9,800 members who are active real estate licensees involved in all aspects related to the sale, purchase, exchange or lease of real property in Hawaii. Members belong to one or more of the six affiliated local boards throughout the State and the National Association of REALTORS®.

As a member of HAR, a variety of top quality services, programs and activities are available to REALTORS® throughout the year. All of which are designed to enhance REALTORS® business practices. Some of these services include education, legislative support, conventions and seminars, standard forms and membership publication.

The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.
