Headquartered in Wayne, NJ, GAF will use the Branchburg facility for manufacturing, warehousing and distribution purposes. The broker for the move was David Simson, president of GVA Williams of N.J.

The 112,000 square foot building at 100 Readington Road features 8 tailboard loading doors in the the front, 2 tailboard loading doors in the rear, one drive-in door, and excellent parking. With easy access to I-78, I-287 and Route 22, the facility is neighbors with many of the nations' corporate leaders, including Oertho Pharmaceutical, Merck, MetLife, Robert Wood Johnson Pharmaceutical Research Institute, Lifecell Corporation, Fisher Scientific, and Roche Pharmaceutical.
