RDM Corporation (RDM) is a provider of solutions for the e-commerce and payment processing markets. The Company established Remote Check Deposit systems and Web-based image management, and transaction processing services for retailers, banks, financial institutions, payment processors and government agencies. RDM operates through three segments: Digital Imaging, Electronic Payments Solutions and Quality Assurance. The Digital Imaging segment produces electronic document readers, and provides related image and transaction management system services to financial institutions and financial services providers. The Electronic Payments Solutions segment develops customer-specific electronic payment and e-commerce systems based on core RDM technologies to facilitate business-to-business and business-to-consumer electronic transactions. The Quality Assurance segment designs and manufactures test equipment that is used with the Company's software and algorithms.
