G&K Services, Inc. is a provider of branded identity apparel and facility services programs. The Company serves a range of North American industries, including automotive, warehousing, distribution, transportation, energy, manufacturing, food processing, pharmaceutical, semi-conductor, retail, restaurants and hospitality, and many others providing them with rented uniforms and facility services products, such as floor mats, dust mops, wiping towels, restroom supplies and selected linen items. It also sells uniforms and other apparel items to customers in its direct sale programs. The Company has over 175 locations in North America and Europe. G&K Services, Inc. serves over 175,000 customers. No single customer represents more than 1.5% of its total revenues during the fiscal year ended June 28, 2008 (fiscal 2008). In March 2008, the Company acquired Best Uniform Rental, Inc., a uniform and facility services company serving customers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
