We are specialists in debt structuring and provide lending facilities for investment purposes on amounts upwards of Euro 1,000,000. The types of lending services that we offer are:Property Lending: We provide funding for property investment purposes for terms out to 20 years on conditions which can be structured to suit the specific needs of the borrower. Structured Lending: We provide many forms of structured lending facilities including cross currency cash backed facilities, tax efficient equity release mechanisms and succession planning structures which also enable company owners to unlock some of the wealth which they have tied up in their own companies. Investment Gearing: Through Investment Gearing we can provide liquidity to individuals who wish to release equity from investments without selling the asset. Lending ratios will depend on the quality of the collateral. Development Finance: We provide bespoke funding facilities to experienced property developers for sites located in prime areas in Ireland and the UK, both for new build and refurbishment. Investec Ireland has recently appointed a five-strong lending team to grow its property business in Ireland. The team, headed by Colm O'Riordan will spearhead Investec's expansion into residential and commercial property lending and will augment the current team. The Commercial Lending team enjoys an excellent knowledge of property and believes that it can bring good product to the market that is tailored to meet client requirements.
