We are a Telecommunications consulting firm with locations in San Jose, California and the Portland, Oregon metro area. We were started in 2002 by founder and owner Modesto G. Bascos III who had a dream of someday running his own telecommunications business. We are Independent representatives of Cognigen Networks based in Washington State.

What do we do? Our main focus is on helping people and other businesses choose the right telecommunications services that can save them money each and every month. We have our clients best interests in mind when we meet with our clients. We meet our clients with respect and initially with an information first approach. You decide where we go. We offer a No Cost telecommunications services consultation to all residential and commercial accounts regardless of you signing up for our services or not.
