Description

Established in 1937, the Western Independent Bankers is a unique regional banking association, taking a leadership role for over 65 years in providing community banks throughout the West with an avenue to share information and to help each other succeed. Approximately 250 community-oriented banks and savings & loans in the Western states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and the U.S. Territories belong to the Association. During the last decade, WIB's core purpose has been to offer learning opportunities for outstanding educational and leadership development forums and providing superior peer networking opportunities.
