NMS Communications Corporation is a provider of applications and platforms for value-added services in wireless and wireline communications. The Company consists of two operating divisions: NMS Communications (formerly Communications Platforms) and LiveWire Mobile (formerly Mobile Applications). The NMS Communications division offers a line of products and services that enable partners to develop and deploy voice, video and data value-added services and applications in wireline and wireless networks and enterprises. The LiveWire Mobile division is a global provider of personalization services for mobile network operators. On December 21, 2007, the Company sold its third operating division, Network Infrastructure (NI) to Verso Technologies, Inc. In January 2008, the Company formed a wholly owned subsidiary, LiveWire Mobile, Inc. On March 17, 2008, LiveWire Mobile acquired Groove Mobile, Inc., a provider of mobile music solutions.
