Para Los Ninos, Los Angeles


Para Los Ninos is a non-profit family service agency serving Los Angeles. Its vision is to "raise children out of poverty and into a brighter future." Founded in 1980, the organization began by assisting "latch-key" children living in Skid Row hotels. Today the organization helps over 1,300 children each day, and over 3,000 families a week. The charity's assistance includes academic enrichment, child development, crisis intervention, counseling, and juvenile crime prevention programs.

"Anything we can do to help improve the lives of children is a worthy endeavor, and important to all of us in the DSI family," stated Vice-President/General Manager, Jim Forman.

Para Los Ninos has become a cornerstone of DSI's charitable efforts. Since its initial involvement in 1998, DSI has contributed over $35,000. Delivery Solutions has been honored with a commendation on the Para Los Ninos "Donor Wall."
