PowWeb, Inc. created one of the first 'all inclusive' web packages in 1999. At the time, companies plagued the industry by offering very low startup costs, only to hit customers with overages and extras down the road. PowWeb opened its doors and rolled out a "single package, single price" plan that included every feature available.
