Hollinger International Inc. is a global newspaper publishing company with English language newspapers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Israel. Included among its 77 paid daily newspaper are The Daily Telegraph, Chicago Sun-Times, The Jerusalem Post, The Ottawa Citizen and Canada's National Post. In addition the company owns 302 non-daily newspapers, as well as magazines and other leading publications. Hollinger operates websites through all its major newspapers and owns the www.canada.com national portal site and a variety of other specialized sites. Through its Hollinger Ventures subsidiary, the company has also taken investment positions in various Internet-based companies.
