United Stationers Inc. (United) is a broad line wholesale distributor of business products. United stocks a line of over 100,000 products in categories, which include technology products, traditional business products, office furniture, janitorial and breakroom supplies and industrial supplies. The Company's network of 70 distribution centers allows it to ship these items to approximately 30,000 reseller customers, reaching more than 90% of the United States and cities in Mexico on an overnight basis. The Company completed the acquisition of ORS Nasco Holding, Inc. (ORS Nasco) in December 21, 2007.
