AMB Property Corporation (AMB) is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust. The Company’s acquires, develops and operates industrial properties in distribution markets tied to global trade in the Americas, Europe and Asia. As of December 31, 2007, the Company owned, or had investments in, on a consolidated basis or through unconsolidated co-investment ventures, properties and development projects expected to total approximately 147.7 million square feet (13.7 million square meters) in 45 markets within 14 countries. Additionally, as of December 31, 2007, it managed, but did not have a significant ownership interest in, industrial and other properties totaling approximately 1.5 million rentable square feet. The Company’s operates its business primarily through its subsidiary, AMB Property, L.P. (operating partnership). As of December 31, 2007, it owned an approximate 96.1% general partnership interest in the operating partnership, excluding preferred units.
