The office and the manufacturing facility are located adjacent to Interstate 295, Interstate 64, and the Richmond International Airport. The fabrication shop includes an in-house rail system that is served by CSX railroad. The facility is within two miles of the Richmond Deepwater Terminal providing access to the International Port of Norfolk for international shipments.

All boilers are constructed and certified to ASME Codes and are ISO 9000, CRN and CE MARK compliant.
