SSDCS is a comprehensive early education and youth service agency with five distinct programs: family day care, preschool, school age, middle school and summer camp. The goal of each of our programs is to support and challenge our children to achieve optimal developmental growth. The key factors contributing to our programs' success include the following:


Low child to staff ratios
Trained, experienced staff
Individualized, developmental curriculum
Four licensed social workers
Commitment and ability to partner with parents


Our curriculum focuses on developing curiosity, confidence, the capacity to set a goal and work at it, and the ability to communicate with others and get along with them.

We evaluate our programs on an ongoing basis. We review new research, seek out best practices, and provide staff with training and support, always aiming to provide the best possible care and educational programs.
