The Company is an international supplier of plastic packaging products to niche end-use markets. It operates in two business segments: Paperboard Packaging and Plastic Packaging. In February 2007, it formed a joint venture with Chemark Termelo es Kereskedo Kft., a pesticide formulating company in Hungary, to serve specialty chemical packaging customers in Eastern Europe. In October 2007, the Company opened a pharmaceutical paperboard packaging plant in Kunshan, China.
