The strategic real estate holdings include the 438-acre Dominguez Technology Center located in Carson, California, the 52-acre Homestead Business Park located on the Alameda Corridor in Rancho Dominguez, the 172- acre Chino South Business Park located in the Inland Empire and the 80 acre Bayport Distribution Park in Houston, Texas.

The bulk of the Company's portfolio is ideally suited for corporations focused on supply chain management. The Carson Companies traces its roots back to the Dominguez family land grant awarded more than 250 years ago by the king of Spain.
