The Customer Service Coordinator is a management role, heading up a team of customer service representatives who provide customer support to our customers globally. Job duties will entail supervising a staff of 7, managing the order entry into Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics (GPD), preparing quotes, handling inbound customer service calls, making outbound calls as needed, following up on the status of customer orders, checking inventory of product and other tasks as assigned.
