ADC Telecommunications, Inc. (ADC), is a provider of broadband communications network infrastructure products and related services. The Company’s products offer solutions enabling the delivery of high-speed Internet, data, video and voice communications over wireline, wireless, cable, enterprise and broadcast networks. These products include fiber-optic, copper and coaxial based frames, cabinets, cables, connectors and cards, wireless capacity and coverage solutions, network access devices and other physical infrastructure components for communication networks. In addition, ADC provides professional services relating to the design, equipping and building of networks. ADC offers all its solutions and services through four business segments: Connectivity, Wireless, Wireline and Professional Services. On December 3, 2007, the Company completed the acquisition of LGC Wireless. In January 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of Century Man Communication.
