Goodhealth's Middle East & African operates from Dubai in the UAE. Whilst active in most Middle Eastern countries the company has a strong presence in the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Kenya and Tanzania and an expanding network into Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Botswana & other African countries. We service around 120 Brokers and Independent Financial Advisors in these countries.

Goodhealth distribute three products throughout the region - the International (IHP), Executive (EHP) and Regional Healthcare(RHP) plans.

IHP is our flagship program and has been developed for expatriates and executives who require high-benefit medical expenses cover that is available wherever they or their families are in the world.

For expatriates and senior managers based in Africa, we have developed EHP. This is a comprehensive plan designed specifically to offer the solutions needed for this market.

RHP is available to corporate clients with expatriate employees who require a total medical expenses solution for their workforce. This option enables senior staff to be insured under the comprehensive IHP plan and mid management and administration staff under RHP.

With dedicated servicing units based in the region, agents and policyholders alike benefit from staff who understand the local medical infrastructures, are fluent in the local languages and work in the same time-zones.

The advantages of this approach are demonstrated by our regional claims units that deliver an easy-to-use, hassle free claims experience to our customers. Direct billing facilities for pre-authorised in-patient medical treatment is also available which provides a cashless service for customers with no claims forms to complete.
