As of November 30, 2007, Sandvine has products installed and operating at customer facilities in over 40 countries around the world, within networks representing over 50 million broadband subscribers. On June 14, 2007, the Company acquired CableMatrix Technologies Inc., a provider of policy management software for Internet protocol (IP) networks. On June 30, 2007, the Company acquired Simplicita Software, Inc., a provider of subscriber mediation software for IP networks.
