Roppe Corporation is one of the nation's leading suppliers of rubber and vinyl flooring products and accessories, producing a full line of products including rubber and vinyl wall base, stair treads, floor tile, stair nosings, corner guards, reducer strips, carpet edgings, and other flooring accessories.

Incorporated in 1955 as Roppe Rubber Corporation, the company was started by Thony Roppe with just 7 employees and a production focus on just rubber products. In 1956, current Chairman of the Board, Donald P. Miller, joined the company and the number of employees soon grew to 26. Roppe continued to grow by aggressively seeking new customers and expanding its trucking fleet.

In 1979, Roppe doubled its capacity by installing a new mixing facility. In 1985, Roppe purchased American Thermoplastic Extrusion Company (ATECO) and expanded the business to include production of vinyl flooring products. Shortly afterwards, to better reflect its continued growth and product line expansion, the company changed its name to Roppe Corporation.

From its humble beginnings, Roppe has grown to become the world's largest rubber wall base manufacturer. Roppe has over 110 distributor locations in the United States and exports all over the world.
