Riverbend is a community like no other in the greater Austin area.

We exist to allow others to experience God's love and grace, both on our campus and off our campus, reaching out especially to those who are bruised, battered, broken and or bored, and are looking for help, and or searching for something more.

First and foremost we are a church - a community of Christ followers that tries to meet people right where they're at. No matter where they've been or come from, we believe that everyone is entitled to experience the grace and love of God. Riverbend is a safe place to explore spirituality and discover God's grace. Riverbend is a home for so many different recovery groups, with different groups meeting 7 days a week on our campus. From AA groups to Cancer Support Groups, to Grief Support groups, to Divorce support groups and so many more. Riverbend is a child development center, a place where thousands of young children over the years have been nurtured and developed to understand Christ's love. Riverbend believes in community - that God wants us to develop spiritually with others in unique relationships. We find hundreds of ways for the big church to become small. There are Lifestage Community Groups, Topical Community Groups, Special Interest Groups, Men's & Women's groups, groups for singles and groups for couples. No matter who you are, there is a place for you to connect in community with others. RIverbend is a home for the arts. Here you will find top musicians and singers of Austin playing every Sunday, along with special guest artists from time to time. Inside our auditorium we also have the Inspiration Gallery - a collection of art from a variety of special artists around the greater Austin area. We celebrate the creator in each of us. Riverbend has a beautiful 52 acre campus located in the northwest section of Austin, comprised of 8 different multi-purpose buildings. Riverbend is becoming more and more externally focused, looking for ways to love and serve others in the greater Austin community unconditionally. Riverbend is an event center - we use our facilities to host the Austin Symphony, the Austin Lyric opera, various musical concerts, large business conferences, and more. The Remembrance Gardens at Riverbend are so peaceful and beautiful - a wonderful place to sit and meditate, and or a wonderful place to memorialize or inter the ashes of loved ones.
