Greif, Inc. is a global producer of industrial packaging products with manufacturing facilities located in over 45 countries. The Company offers a line of industrial packaging products, such as steel, fiber and plastic drums, intermediate bulk containers, closure systems for industrial packaging products, and polycarbonate water bottles, which are complemented with a variety of value-added services, including blending, packaging, logistics and warehousing. It also produces containerboard and corrugated products for niche markets in North America. Greif, Inc. sells timber to third parties from its timberland in the southeastern United States. The Company also owns timberland in Canada that it does not actively manage. In addition, it sells timberland and special use land, which consists of surplus land, higher and better use (HBU) land, and development land. Greif, Inc. operates in three business segments: Industrial Packaging and Services; Paper, Packaging and Services, and Timber.
