Knology, Inc. (Knology) is an integrated provider of video, voice, data and advanced communications services to residential and business customers in nine markets in the Southeastern United States and two markets in the Midwestern United States. The Company provides its services over its wholly owned, fully upgraded minimum 750 megahertz interactive broadband network. As of December 31, 2007, its network passed approximately 887,000 marketable homes, which are residential and business units passed by its broadband network that are listed in its database. The Company provides a suite of video, voice and data services in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Minnesota, South Carolina, South Dakota and Tennessee, which are in the Southeastern and Midwestern regions of the United States. It offers its bundled service to all of its marketable passings.
