In August 1996, Asymtek was acquired as a subsidiary of Nordson Corporation, who had been a customer for nine years. Nordson has seven major US facilities and direct operations 30 countries, with principal facilities in Ohio, California, Georgia, Connecticut, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
