Zimmer Holdings, Inc. Its related orthopaedic surgical products include surgical supplies and instruments designed to aid in orthopaedic surgical procedures and post-operation rehabilitation. Orthopaedic surgeons and neurosurgeons use spinal implants in the treatment of degenerative diseases, deformities and trauma. Trauma products are used primarily to reattach or stabilize damaged bone and tissue to support the body’s natural healing process. In April 2007, the Company acquired Endius Incorporated. In November 2007, it acquired ORTHOsoft Inc. In October 2008, the Company acquired Abbott Spine.
