The insurance subsidiaries write, on a direct basis or as business assumed from Continental Casualty Company and its property and casualty affiliates (collectively, CCC), and The Continental Insurance Company and its property and casualty affiliates (collectively, CIC), small fidelity and non-contract surety bonds, referred to as commercial bonds; small, medium and large contract bonds, and errors and omissions (E&O) liability insurance.
