Employ+Ability, Inc. formerly known as Consolidated Products & Services, Inc. (CP&S) is a twenty five year old not-for-profit FDA registered medical device manufacturing and assembly company. Employ+Ability manufactures quality hot and cold therapy products for the medical, sports, first aid and safety markets.

Employ+Ability also assembles medical devices for leading medical supply companies across the country, including Inverness Medical, U.S. Surgical and Tyco Healthcare. Employ+Ability provides medical device assembly in "Class 100,000 Clean Room" environments, per cGMP quality assurance standards with complete lot traceability.

Employ+Ability's mission is to competitively employ people with disabilities in an integrated manufacturing setting. At least two thirds of employees have significant disabilities, however our focus is employee ability. Employ+Ability creates full time jobs with benefits for individuals with disabilities, so that they can reduce or eliminate their public assistance for disability entitlements by choosing to work at Employ+Ability.

Employ+Ability receives no state or federal funding. Employ+Ability operates on the revenue generated by product sales and medical device assembly and fulfillment contracts. Employ+Ability's annual sales are currently over 4.5 million dollars.

As a medical device manufacturer, Employ+Ability is audited regularly by the FDA, OSHA and independent auditors for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Employ+Ability manufactures over 10 million hot and cold packs annually, ranking it one of the largest manufacturers in the country. Employ+Ability has a full line of hot and cold therapy products and specializes in private labeling for many companies. Employ+Ability has been the sole supplier of instant cold packs to Johnson & Johnson for over ten years. Our line includes specialty products such as Infant Heel Warmers and Perineal Packs. Employ+Ability manufactures and sells instant hot packs as well as reusable hot/cold gel packs in various sizes.
