Description

The KidWind Project is developing a wind energy curriculum for science teachers and we are looking to create a database of cheap, simple and efficient methods for students to construct adaptable wind turbines for laboratory experiments. We are looking for wind turbine designs that incorporate the same small DC motor (which we will provide) and can be built using common materials.

To solve this problem we are ready to PAY! The team or individual who develops the "best" windmill design protocols will win a $250 award. Windmill designs will be judged by the KidWind Project on these basic criteria:
