Description
CENTURY 21 Select Real Estate was founded in 1975 in Yuba City with one office and two associates. The company was acquired by the current owner, Daniel C. Jacuzzi, in October of 1980. At that time the company consisted of nine sales associates.
Select Property Management was formed in 1982 to serve Investment Property owners.
Daniel Jacuzzi acquired an additional real estate office and property management office located in Roseville in 1992. The acquisition of CENTURY 21 Jack Lewis & Associates in Sacramento increased the Select service area to cover four counties. This office was expanded and relocated with the 1995 purchase of CENTURY 21 Pope & Associates and the 1996 acquisition of CENTURY 21 All Gold.
The following year CENTURY 21 Antelope Properties merged with the Select Group to create a separate Business Opportunities & Commercial Investment Division.
Two satellite offices were added to the group, one located in Gridley, serving the Butte County area, which opened in 1995; and in 1997 we opened our Oregon House office to expand our level of service to the Yuba County foothills.
Continuing our progressive growth, in 1998 Ingram and Shelton Residential was acquired and merged with CENTURY 21 Jeffries Lydon, expanding our presence to the City of Chico. CENTURY 21 Auburn Realty was also acquired and merged with CENTURY 21 at Old Town, to create a "Centurion" level office in the City of Auburn.
