Burlington Coat Factory Investments Holdings, Inc. (Holdings) is a retailer of branded apparel. The Company is engaged in selling primarily coats and outerwear. As of May 31, 2008 (fiscal 2008), the Company expanded its store base to 397 stores in 44 states and diversified the product categories by offering a range of moderate brands, fashion-focused merchandise, including ladies sportswear, menswear, coats, family footwear, baby furniture and accessories, as well as home decor and gifts. In fiscal 2008, the Company operated under the names Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse (379 stores), MJM Designer Shoes (15 stores), Cohoes Fashions (two stores) and Super Baby Depot (one store).
