CPARC IS PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE!

Cumberland-Perry ARC (CPARC), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, was founded in 1953 by a group of concerned parents who wanted to provide an alternative to institutionalization for their children with special needs.

Since the 1950s, CPARC has been promoting the abilities of people with developmental disabilities and other special needs. We help people with special needs from Cumberland, Perry, Dauphin and York Counties to live and work in their communities; and we strive for their inclusion in social, recreational, and community activities of their choice.
