Description
Dashe & Thomson, Inc. was founded in Minneapolis in 1981 by Jean Thomson and Marilyn Dashe to provide business and technical writing seminars for local companies. By 1984, the majority of our clients were asking us to design and develop their documentation and training.

While our focus was on training and documentation, we began to see that organizations were facing significant challenges as they implemented enterprise-wide computer systems, incorporated mergers and acquisitions, and worked to re-engineer processes. Our skills were perfectly matched to support these new needs.

In the last five years, Dashe & Thomson has provided services that integrate change management, process consulting, organizational development, training and documentation, and knowledge management. We have developed a flexible organization with a broad range of skills and knowledge that allows us to create custom solutions that fit each client's needs.

Dashe & Thomson helps your organization manage change and embrace growth. Our goal is to increase your return on investment in the people, systems, and business processes that make your organization work.

We focus on people first, because we know that real ROI gains come from people, not systems. Our methodology unleashes the innate loyalty and creativity of your workforce. Equip your people with proven tools, inform them with effective communications, involve them in high-powered teams, train them with appropriate methods, and value them with rewards and recognition and you unleash their creativity.

But creative solutions that reduce risk and maximize ROI require more than prepared people. They require strategic integration of people, processes, and systems. That means getting the right people involved at the right timeâ€"including executive management. Attending to the paradigm shifts needed to make change work. And having the perspective to see each part in its correct relationship to the whole.

Our mission is to help organizations thrive through major transitions by delivering the integration of people, processes, and systems.
