Pantazelos in 1997, New Century Bank grew out of her vision,and that of her long-time customers,of a bank that serves its customers and provides workable options and financial solutions. Pantazelos focused on hiring a team of highly skilled professional bankers who embraced her service-oriented philosophy. Each team member is fully empowered to make decisions and recommendations,and to be able to explain the reasons behind them. Consequently, a New Century banker will never say, "That's not my job," or "I can't do this because it's against policy."Instead, each banker works to provide the perfect solution in each individual situation.
