Shine Wireless, Inc. offers telecommunications and Internet-related needs service through direct sales marketing. Perfexa Solutions, Inc. (Perfexa), a majority-owned subsidiary of the Company, provides customer service for the GTC's telecommunication and Internet users. Perfexa also offers outsourced call center and information technology (IT) development services to third parties.
