Our diverse portfolio is managed through two major operational divisions:


SN Servicing Corporation (SNSC), headquartered in Eureka, California, employs over 400 people across multiple locations and is responsible for servicing over 60,000 loans. Our loan acquisitions are sourced from a wide variety of financial institutions with a strong focus on performing, under-performing and non-performing residential mortgage loans. Using a personalized approach, we work closely and individually with our customers to understand their needs and provide the right solution.

Security National Properties (SNP) is a rapidly growing, well-capitalized, commercial real estate company that currently owns and manages more than 6.5 million square feet of retail and office property. Our real estate investment philosophy is to acquire, develop, and manage commercial assets for long-term value.
