Midmark is the single-source supplier of a full line of quality healthcare products including power and manual examination tables, sterilizers, casework, lighting, seating, electrocardiograms and dental operatories. The Midmark and Ritter product lines offer healthcare providers the most user- and patient-friendly examination and treatment equipment available today. Midmark and Ritter products have long been staples in exam rooms, clinics and multi-physician practices. They are designed to not only coordinate exam rooms and facilities, but to also make work easier for clinicians with conveniences such as power tables, built-in footsteps and easy-to-clean and remove upholstery. Our complete line of medical products is ideal for general practice, as well as a number of specialties including podiatry, dermatology, otolaryngology, obstetrics, gynecology and plastic surgery.

The French holding company Artème, and its subsidiaries, Promotal and Beaumond have enabled Midmark to add to our offerings overseas with a new line of quality products for the healthcare and specialty environments, including examination tables, stretchers, long-term care beds and veterinary products. By bringing Midmark and the Artème companies together, we are now able to offer a full line of quality healthcare products to a truly global base of customers.

The Knight by Midmark product line has enabled Midmark to become a virtual "one-stop shopping" source for our dental distributors and customers. Here, they can choose from a full line of dental sterilizers, treatment chairs, lighting, seating and casework to complete the ideal dental operatory system. Our dental equipment is designed to not only provide dentists the reliability and durability they require ...performance for years to come.

In our quest to make integrated office solutions a reality for doctors, Midmark acquired Brentwood Medical Products, a leading provider of digital medical technology, in March of 2000. Brentwood's strong product development and its ability to embed software for electronic document applications makes it a viable addition to Midmark's successful and respected line of medical products. In January 2003, Brentwood Medical Products was renamed to Midmark diagnostics Group.
