Cyco Systems Corporation Pty Ltd (Cyco) is a dynamic privately owned Australian Company founded by Mr. Graham Withers in 1982. Mr. Withers (President) is Australia's premier Drag Racing Champion from the 1960's and 1970's, having won the Australian National Championship three years in succession in a Race Car which he developed and built personally. Mr. Withers was the first full time professional racer in Australia, and was sponsored by Ampol a leading Australian Oil Company.

After retiring from the sport, Mr. Withers applied his knowledge and entrepreneurial flair to business ventures, initially in the retailing of high performance Automotive parts. His motivation and desire for innovation lead him to design and develop a superior quality "All Street" Crankshaft Vibration Control Damper targeted at the high performance vehicle market, and Cyco Systems was born. The first "All Steel" Dampers were produced in 1982 to improve performance of the Australian made Holden V8 engine, replacing the cast iron Dampers which were poorly suited for high performance and racing applications.

Over the next three years, Cyco progressively made further improvements to the design of their "All Steel" Dampers, and in 1985 gained SFI approval in USA. By the late 1980's Cyco had established a growing export business supplying the "All Steel" Dampers to Ford's SVO Division, and major Aftermarket Warehouse Distributors in USA, including becoming a substantial supplier to Summit Racing Equipment, the Worlds largest mail order warehouse of Automotive performance parts.

During the1990's Cyco expanded it's range of All Steel" Dampers and added "Nodular Iron" Dampers for Street Vehicle Applications. Cyco's products are marketed in the USA under well known and respected PRO/RACE@ brand name for the "All Steel" Dampers, and PRO/STREET@ brand name for "Nodular Iron" Dampers.

Cyco is a medium sized, efficient, profitable Company, of which over 95% is in exports to the USA. Current Cyco customers include Ford Motor Company, General Motors Corporation and DaimlerChrysler Motors who source the "All Steel" Damper for high performance engine applications. Cyco has 15 full and part time employees and a contracted sales team of over 35 in USA. Cyco maintains a Product Distribution Centre in Los Angeles, California, and a Representative office in Detroit, Michigan.
