Summary

Description
TCEQ's Small Business and Local Government Assistance (SBLGA) program offers a free Site Visit program to help you comply with state and federal environmental laws. Qualifying for the Compliance Commitment (C2) partnership through the Site Visit program makes you eligible for a one-year waiver of scheduled inspections by the TCEQ, the EPA, and local enforcement programs in Houston, Galveston, Dallas, El Paso, and Fort Worth. C2 partners receive a confidential evaluation of their environmental compliance, are given an opportunity to correct any problems, and demonstrate complete compliance on a follow-up visit. Assistance is available in any regional office or by visiting www.sblga.info where you will find information specific to the auto salvage industry.
