MarineMax Inc. (MarineMax) is a recreational boat retailer in the United States. The Company through its 90 retail locations in 22 states, sell new and used recreational boats and related marine products, including engines, trailers, parts, and accessories. MarineMax also arranges related boat financing, insurance, extended warranty contracts, boat repair and maintenance services, yacht and boat brokerage services, and offer slip and storage accommodations. In January 2006, the Company acquired substantially all of the assets, including certain real estate, and assumed certain liabilities of the Port Arrowhead Group (Port Arrowhead). Subsequently, in March 2006, the Company acquired substantially all of the assets and assumed certain liabilities of Surfside-3 Marina, Inc. (Surfside).
