The Securities division offers research, sales and execution service. Capital Markets division is a stockbroker for small/mid-cap equity fundraising in London. Wealth Management division provides stockbroking and investment management services to private clients, trusts, charities, pension funds and private companies in the United Kingdom and overseas. Hawkpoint is an independent corporate finance advisory businesses, providing a range of advisory services to clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, debt, restructuring and strategic advice. On July 16, 2007, Collins Stewart plc acquired C. E. Unterberg Towbin Holdings Inc. In February 2008, the Company finalized the acquisition of International Securities Trading Corporation plc (ISTC), a Dublin-based provider of bank capital.
