Lakes Tennis Academy of DFW offers a tennis program for every age and level of ability. Our instructional groups, recreational and competitive leagues are offered several times a week. We offer a wide array of services including tournament team travel, adult mixers, video analysis and mental training sessions. Furthermore, our highly skilled staff members will always be available to meet your specific needs. In addition to tennis, the Lakes Tennis Academy offers personal fitness services that will enable you to reach your physical fitness goals. We have two world-class fitness areas with top-of-the line equipment and a studio for your personal stretch routines or your favorite fitness exercises. We have four outstanding personal trainers, as well as a certified nutritionist on staff. Other services offered are child watch and swimming lessons.
