We are helping people everyday who are searching for their lost pets. We have an internet station for residents who are searching on www.petharbor.com and http://disaster.petfinder.com for pets that have been rescued, but lost in the system.

We have been blessed with the support of the ASPCA in New York who is providing us with operating support to help sustain our humane efforts over the next two years while we re-establish a donor base. The generosity of the ASPCA has been life-saving and has deeply touched our hearts. The HSUS has also been our savior providing us with equipment and the purchasing power necessary to establish a facility.

When you're on the inside looking out, its difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel; but considering that its only been eight weeks since we first opened operations in Algiers, we have made progress. Our daily work situation is fraught with challenges, but the dedicated staff carries on with enthusiasm and hope nonetheless.
